I checked my email this morning and got this notice about Gatekeeper from Apple. I love their logo: A dark, dungeon-looking structure containing their walled garden with big spikey portcullis.
In my mind I picture end users lined up on the left; banging on the closed gate. Meanwhile developers use the right gate and sprint under the spiky portcullis which threatens to close for no reason, impaling developers and their apps at the whim of a megalomaniacal and slightly drunk gatekeeper.
Am I wrong?
